Customer property details, intake answers, documents, purchase and basis details, and generated reports are used to provide, support, maintain, document, and reproduce the customer's service and report.

Authentication is provided through Supabase. Payments will be processed through Stripe when paid services are enabled. Basis does not store full payment card numbers, CVV or security codes, or bank account credentials. Stripe processes payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Basis may retain ordinary business records such as purchase status, receipt details, invoice details, transaction status, service history, and support records. We do not sell personal information or share customer information with service providers for advertising, marketing, lead generation, or data brokerage.

US-Only Service
Our services are intended for users and properties in the United States. We do not intentionally offer the application to users outside the United States.
